Godwin Dri-Prime Orange Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps Can Run Dry |
|
The RMS
Godwin pump program has set the new industry standard for providing Dri-Prime® Orange centrifugal pumps. They will automatically self-prime to 28 feet dry static and are able to
run dry continuously
. . . unattended. Our rental fleet features diesel and electric driven, solids handling and high head pump models to 16 inches, hose and Q-D piping. Heidra® hydraulic submersible pump
models feature variable speed control, can fit through tight 24 inch manholes, and will easily pass large 5 inch solids. Sub-Prime® electric submersibles complete the pump range. Temporary
and permanent applications include sewage and mill effluent bypass, mine dewatering, hydrocarbon and corrosive transfers, floods and spills, firewater service, lagoons, plant water feed,
and much more. And with over 2,500 pumps in stock, we can mobilize anywhere and anytime . . . 24/7.

| Pitbull pumps abrasives and corrosives with virtually zero maintenance. |
Pitbull® pneumatic displacement sump and transfer pumps have NO diaphragms, NO level controls, NO impeller, NO packing or mechanical seal and do not require electricity.
Yes, it is now possible to reliably pump virtually any combination of abrasives and rock; to hot corrosives and toxic waste; to condensate return and X-P areas; to stringy and pipe-sized solids;
to filter press feed and auto sump level control. And automatically control the accumulation of solids in pit bottoms that can overwhelm centrifugals. There is no inherent limitation between
maximum solids passing, varying flow conditions and maximum discharge head. A constant sump level is maintained by pump starting and stopping automatically. New installations and upgrade for
troublesome diaphragm and vertical centrifugal pumps. Significantly reduce maintenance and downtime; improve environmental safeguards; minimize personnel intervention; plus provide a fast
return on investment. Web site features an animation depicting Pitbull pump fill and discharge cycles. Inquire about our zero maintenance pump guarantee.

| Turbo Phase Separator dewatering containers minimize handling. |
Turbo Phase
Separators® are the reliable dewatering solution for solids removal, proven to upgrade conventional methods including filter and belt presses, centrifuges, drying beds and flimsy containers.
They work much like a giant coffee filter. Each leak-proof container has a stainless mesh liner supporting a disposable filter, covering the entire inside surface area. Pump or dump into single
or multiple TPS containers; liquid drains out by gravity, leaving dewatered solids in the filter. Simply transport container, dump or recycle solids, and return clean for immediate refilling.
Applications include lagoon, waste and storm water piping cleanout; process and precious solids recovery; hydrocarbon and contaminated wastes, cooling towers, heat exchangers, dredging; grit
chambers, skimings and screenings; drain and catch basin cleanout; slag, coal and ash; runoff ponds; discharge stream clarification; biohazard remediation and garbage. Rental fleet with multiple
models SRCU and TPS, reliable transfer pumps, polymer dosing units, filter cloth and polymer, plus the transfer of know-how will ensure a permanent solution to dewatering requirements.

| The SRCU clarifies waste streams from pounds to tons per day of solids. |
Solids
Removal and Concentrating Units® automatically remove and process solids and waste from larger flows, from several pounds to hundreds of tons per day, on a continuous basis and with
minimal operator intervention. The SCRU is a linear solids removal system that acts as a thickener and in the process of removing solids, also acts as a clarifier of liquid streams. The SCRU
is reliable and is not sensitive to flow or liquid/solids ratio variations. The solids removal is a function of gravity and cross-sectional velocity of the liquid flow inside the SCRU unit.
This function is affected and enhanced by a specially designed baffle system, which creates and takes advantage of a vertical vortex or cyclonic effect created when the liquid flows by and
between the multiple rows of baffles. The slurry stream flows into the SCRU on one end, the solids are removed out of the bottom, and clean water filtrate comes out the other end. The concentrated
solids can then be fed into Turbo Phase Separators for dewatering and disposal.

| Amiad Automatic Self-Cleaning Water Filtration Equipment are Reliable. | Amiad® self-cleaning water filtration systems provide reliable plant protection, without the need for regular operator intervention. Applications include raw water plant feed, recycling, protection of nozzle orifices and seal water for critical pumps, cooling towers, etc. You can confidently expect to save maintenance, energy and downtime costs, with no interruption of downstream flow during filtration. Amiad automatic self-cleaning water filtration systems are the leading technology for reliable plant protection to 10 microns. The reliability lies in the long-life 316L stainless steel 4-ply screen patented technology. The PLC controlled cleaning cycle can be integrated with other equipment. The filter housing is protected with a 5-coat epoxy baked process for years of durable operation. The patented suction scanner technology effectively cleans every square inch of the filter element on demand, with no interruption of downstream flow. Less than 1% annual flush flow rate increases capacity and reduces wastewater. |
